What video lengths and sizes are available?
Videos are 6, 10, 15 or 30 seconds long. You can make them vertical (9:16), square (1:1) or wide (16:9), and 3:4 and 4:3 are available too. Product photos are square by default.
How do credits work?
You see the credit cost before you start. Credits are held when your job starts and used when it is delivered. If something fails, you get the credits back.
Who can see my uploads and results?
Only you. The photos you upload and everything you create stay in your own account and are not made public.
How do I add prices, discount codes or headlines?
Add them after you download, in Canva, CapCut, Ads Manager or a similar tool. AI can get words and numbers wrong, so typing them yourself keeps your offer accurate. Captions and music go on the same way, in TikTok, CapCut or any editing app you like.
Can I use the images and videos I make commercially?
Yes. You can use the images and videos you make in your own ads, product pages and social posts.
Do downloaded images and videos have an AIVideosUGC watermark?
No. Downloaded images and videos do not include an AIVideosUGC watermark.
Can I request a refund for unused credits?
You can request a refund for purchased credits within 30 days if none of those credits have been used. See the Refund Policy.
