Credits
How credits work
Credits are how you pay for each photo or video you make. Before you start a job, the screen tells you how many credits it will take, so you're never guessing. Want a second version of an image or a video? That's a new job, and its cost appears on screen the same way.
When a job begins, its credits are set aside rather than spent. They're only used once your result is delivered, and if the job fails they go straight back to your balance. Delivered results generally can't be refunded, so take a moment to read the cost and your description before you press start.

Pricing questions
Which plan should a small shop start with?
Match the plan to how often you make new content. If you mainly refresh a few listings, a smaller plan may cover it. If you run ads every week and like to try new versions, a larger credit allowance gives you more room.
Can I use the same credits for photos and videos?
Yes. One credit balance covers both product photos and short videos, and each job lists its own cost before you confirm.
Can I get a refund for a result I don't like?
If a generation fails, its reserved credits are returned automatically. For a delivered result or payment review, use the current Refunds policy and contact support; this FAQ does not promise a refund.
Are my uploads private on every plan?
Yes. Whichever plan you choose, your uploads and finished results are kept in your account and never published.
What happens to credits when a job fails?
A failed job releases its reserved credits back to your balance automatically. Check the job status and credit history if the balance does not update.
